It’s time to start over, continue, or do something new. I’m not much for making resolutions; I don’t think they work. But it’s time to set intentions for the coming year. What do you want to do? Where do you want to be? For me, it’s more about what I want to feel. Not how much money I want to make, not how many times I want to travel (Covid free).
Instead, it’s a feeling of gratitude, fulfillment, and love. It may be just 12 minutes of your day but if you sit and meditate on each month ahead and visualize what you want it to look like, the Universe will bring in everything you need and want to make that reality possible!
If you’re looking for the secret to self-improvement, you might be surprised to find it simply takes time to be quiet and breathe. By pausing to take a moment and truly listen to yourself, you can tap into your intuitive self, which can help you make the right next move.
Self-discovery requires an open mind, but often we’re distracted by the stresses of life that we forget about our own needs and desires. That’s why this year, I invite you to take some time out of your week and focus on yourself. It could be as simple as taking a walk alone or meditating for 10 minutes each day.
As you take time to be in touch with yourself, your intuition will begin speaking to you more clearly, and you’ll start making better choices without feeling like you need a list of rules or advice from someone else. And, don’t let what others think to keep you from listening to that still small voice within! Intuition is an infinite resource that will always lead to the next step in the right direction if you allow it.
With so many ways to get in touch with our intuitive self and develop a deeper connection, it is time to remember that the practice of mindfulness can help us navigate this ever-changing world by bringing intentionality and flow into our lives.
My intent for you is to feel less stressed, more in control, and happier than ever before. But as a suggestion, get ready for the moments by starting to clear a path now.
From my heart to yours, I wish for your dreams to come true.
Have a Happy New Year’s Day!
