3. Appointments & Cancellations

Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session time for a full refund or to reschedule. Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.

4. Payment

All services must be paid in full before a session. Payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and session frameworks, is the intellectual property of Suzannah Galland and may not be reproduced without written permission.
